As with good wine, we want to know where our green coffee comes from and who took care of it that the quality is the best possible. And we are happy to taste from harvest to harvest the differences that the variable influences of nature produce every year.

One customer once asked me: What do you do differently that I like her coffee so good? . I knew that this question was only very long and detailed and smiled thankfully with a slight shrug. So she answered her question herself and said: “It must be the love with which they do it.
What tip do you have for coffee lovers?
My tip is rather a request: coffee lovers are the last link in a long chain of people who have worked conscientiously for the quality of our coffee specialties. The professional preparation of these coffees is the completion of this work. A beautiful, rewarding ritual.
What is your philosophy of roasting?
I do not know if it is philosophical to feel obliged to achieve the optimum from every bean, to the best of my knowledge and conscience. But I know how much hard, sometimes physically hard work is in the green coffees that we roast for coffee. Already the respect I feel for this natural product and the people who have worked for it, commits me to do my best in the refinement of these coffees.
I feel the roasting of high quality single origin coffees as an honor and responsibility.
