There are a few highlights: the traditional E61 brewing group, dual boiler with individual temperature and the adjustable pre-infusion phase.
Particularly striking is the real-time brewing pressure control. By rotating the paddle above the brewing group, you can control the water flow and the pressure (visible on the gauge) inside the brewing group, which enables you to control every single phase of the coffee extraction to obtain the best possible results for your coffee. The Bianca is a true multi-talent for an unbelievable price.
