Decaffeinated
This "Columbian" decaf surprises our customers again and again. The "Columbian" is intense in flavor and works surprisingly well in the portafilter as well as in the fully automatic.
This coffee is gently decaffeinated with water (see background article) and certified organic.
Coffee from Peru, using the CO² process exibiting nutty and chocolaty flavours - certainly a coffee that you can enjoy in the evening.
As with the Columbian Silver, it is decaffeinated using the CO² process : a complex method that is biologically and chemically free and causes comparatively little loss of taste.
